• Provide guidance and support to individuals and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.Essential Requirements :
• Degree in Social Work
• Registration with Social Work England
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDesirable Requirements :
• Experience working in a learning disabilities team
• Knowledge of the local area
