A respected and well-established conveyancing team is seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing residential property team offering a fully remote working offering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or experienced conveyancer looking to take ownership of a varied caseload and deliver high-quality service within a supportive environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
• Conduct due diligence on titles, contracts, searches, and related documentation
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation
• Liaise professionally with clients and third parties to progress transactions efficiently
• Manage all stages of the conveyancing process including exchange, completion, and post-completion tasks
