Job Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing complex project delivery lead by the EMEA PPG Software Development & Support Team to our EMEA Payer, Provider and Government clients, as well as ensuring post go-live / BAU support is in place.
Assist in the creation and validation of the project scopes, plans and schedules for complex projects; help define metrics for project success; select and apply standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
Responsibilities :

- Identifies risks to program success and recommends mitigation plans to management.
- Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision; drives completion of the project and mentors other team members.
- Establishes relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensures alignment for project outcomes.
- Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training.
- Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product.
- Lead a cross functional team, both direct reports and indirect IQVIA peers, across a portfolio of services.
- Adopt and champion a continuous improvement ethos for Delivery Teams.
- Sharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
Qualifications :
