Salary; £23,971 - £24,476 FTE (£14,732.70 - £15,043.07 pro-rata) per annum depending on relevant qualifications

The Role

We are looking for a number of Teaching Assistant’s to work across a range of curriculum areas, and across any of our college sites.

In this rewarding role, you will support the planning and delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment for young people, including those with EHC plans, both in and out of the classroom.

As a Teaching Assistant you will share a strong belief in young people’s ability to achieve their work and personal goals. You will set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and independence. You will assist learners to engage in teaching activities and shared active learning using digital platforms / Google classroom and assistive technology.
