Job Title : IT & AV Support Analyst Location : Birmingham (Office-Based) Job Type : Full-TimeWe're looking for a proactive IT & AV Support Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. This hands-on role focuses heavily on AV support, alongside general IT troubleshooting and service delivery. You'll provide technical assistance to users at all levels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities for the : Provide face-to-face and remote IT and AV support.Set up and troubleshoot meeting room equipment and video conferencing tools.Log and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.Deliver a meet-and-greet service for VIP meetings and events.Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and third-party vendors.Document fixes and contribute to knowledge sharing.Assist with IT equipment moves, reporting, and service improvements.What You'll Need : Experience with AV / video conferencing equipment.Strong IT troubleshooting and customer service skills.Calm, organised, and confident under pressure.Great communication and problem-solving abilities.Desirable : Commercial IT support experience.Knowledge of MS Office, ITIL, and remote support tools.Familiarity with mobile tech (Windows, iOS, Android).If you're tech-savvy, people-focused, and thrive in a busy support role - we'd love to hear from you
