Job descriptionPGCE in Secondary Education or QTS Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs. Minimum 1 year teaching or tutoring at secondary level. Right to work in the UK Have or be wiling to undertake an Enhanced DBS check Familiarity with the current GCSE curriculum and exam board requirements. Patience, empathy, and an adaptable teaching style to suit a range of learners.

Pay Rate : £25-£30 per hour

What You'll Do :
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in one or more core subjects ( Maths, English or Science) tailored to each student's ability and curriculum level.
- Plan and implement individualised learning programmes that address academic gaps and exam goals.
- Track student progress and provide clear, actionable feedback to support achievement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment, with strategies adapted for students with SEN needs.
- Collaborate with families or schools where necessary to ensure consistent support.
