Accounts Assistant

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Supporting the month-end process, including handling rebates, prepayments, accruals, and posting journals
• Assisting with the preparation of balance sheets and P&L statements
• Helping with the preparation of financial reports and ensuring accuracy across all ledgers
• Assisting with the Purchase Ledger and assisting with the Sales Ledger
• Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Getting involved in projects to improve financial processes
• Supporting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and financial analysis as required
