Job Title : Marketing & Digital Manager

Contract Type : Permanent

Salary : £45,000-£55,000 - OTE £60,000

Location : South West London - Free on site parking

Hours : 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm

Start date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Digital Marketing : Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analytics : Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using data to inform decision-making.

Who You Are :

  • Experience : Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Skills :
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
