Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing : Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Analytics : Utilise analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, using data to inform decision-making.
Who You Are :
Experience : Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.Skills :Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in leading and developing a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.What We Offer :
