OVERVIEW :

• The firm is looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their specialist team on a locum basis to cover a maternity leave for up to 4 months.
• Handle a diverse conveyancing caseload in general matters, such as sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• The appointed candidate should have the ability to hit the ground running and progress the current caseload of around 40-50 cases at different stages.
• There will be secretarial support to assist the successful candidate in their work.
• Hybrid working is available once settled.
• The ideal candidate would be available to commence the assignment as soon as possible and have experience handling their own caseload.
