Job Summary :

As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across different subjects and year groups. The Supply Teacher role is perfect for individuals who enjoy the flexibility of working in various schools, adapting to different teaching environments, and making a positive impact on students' education.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
• Adapt and differentiate teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create your own when necessary.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in accordance with school policies.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Support students in their learning and provide feedback to help them achieve their potential.
