Salary : Up to £31,100 (Depending on experience and qualifications) + £700 on call allowance
Location : Headington, Oxfordshire
Contract / Hours : Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week.

A bit about the role :
Viking House is a six-bed residential short break home for Children and young people aged between 5 and 18 years old with complex additional needs. The home offers short breaks for children and is a place of laughter fun and new experiences where the children can thrive, learn, and develop helping them to achieve a positive future.
Whilst the children are with us, we strive to create a homely environment but providing them with warm and nurturing care, in a cosy and clean environment.
The successful applicant will have a real opportunity to work as part of a team, who will improve the outcomes of children and young people by providing safe, stable, and loving homes for them to live and thrive in.
We will actively support you in your role and provide you with regular supervision / APR process and specialist training including a commitment to achieve Level 5, Leadership and Management qualification from our newly developed Professional Development Centre
How you'll help to create brighter futures :
As a Team leader your aim is to positively lead and support a team of workers to ensure that a safe and friendly environment is provided for the children and young people. You will work with the registered manager in the day to day running of the home and deputise in their absence.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team ensuring that the children and young people, we support develop to reach their full potential. We will actively support you in your role and provide you with regular supervision.
