Job Description

Seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join one of the largest sports betting and gaming groups in the world. The business are heavily investing in branding, having recently appointed their first Head of Brand (Gaming), who is now seeking to hire a 2nd in command!

As a Senior Brand Manager you will be responsible for delivering 360 marketing campaigns, throughout all channels including TV, OOH & Digital.

In addition this unique role offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to live and work abroad. Initially being based in London with the view to relocate to the Gibraltar office where cost of living is 20% less once Covid settles down. Salary is highly competitive + bonus, + full relocation package.

The role would suit someone who is passionate about branding and would love the opportunity to experience different and exchange their London lifestyle for sea breeze and sunshine.

Day to Day

Delivery of 360 marketing campaigns across all brand-customer interactions and touchpoints

Responsibility for Gaming Brand Proposition, differentiation from competitors and creation of compelling reasons to buy

Execution of a brand marketing plan aligned with gaming objectives & proposition

Management of creatives and media buying across TV, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Radio, OOH and all other ATL media

Delivery of digital marketing campaigns focused on brand positioning, awareness and product showcasing with strong and defined CTAs

Development of close relationships with internal stakeholders / departments enabling the delivery of business objectives through gaming marketing strategy

Building strong alignment with external agencies and partners, setting direction, performance indicators and KPI measures

Assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual investment planning to ensure strict budget management and streamlined accounting / payment processes

Implementation of effective and efficient media strategies (overall and at a channel level).

Reporting KPI’s for marketing campaigns, monitoring performance

Your Experience

Minimum of 4 years experience as a Brand Manager within a well known household brand or the betting industry

Has previous creative and media implementation experience

Proven experience leading on ATL campaigns

Must be prepared to relocate to Gibraltor
