About the CompanyThis outstanding Chartered Accounting Practice based in West London are a well established firm boasting fantastic client relationships across multiple industries and offering a warm, progressive and rewarding team culture.The Founder is ex Big 4 and a brilliant and inspiring young leader, offering mentorship and genuine development to his team.This new role has come directly as a result of the firm’s continuous growth across its client pool.About the RoleThis new position offers diverse responsibilities, allowing you to manage a portfolio of the firm’s clients and support their accounting needs.You will provide leadership to junior staff and working closely with the Founder and senior colleagues you will play a key role.We are looking for an ACCA / ACA qualified professional, with at least 5 years of UK practice experience.The major focus of the role will be on preparing FRS102a statutory accounts, reviewing VAT work and preparing accounts and corporate returns for the clients.The firm’s clients sit across multiple industries, but it would be great if you have experience in the property sector.Wider Responsibilities

• Managing and taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients.
• Preparing and finalising FRS102a statutory accounts.
• Completing tax computations and submitting returns to HMRC for sole traders and partnerships.
• Performing bookkeeping and VAT review work and return submissions.
• Supporting and supervising junior staff.
• Handling correspondence with HMRC, Companies House, and other related entities.
• Meeting with clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Ensuring compliance deadlines and client requests are met.
• Supporting the Founder and handling ad-hoc tasks as required.What you can expect
• A starting salary of between £50,000 and £55,000 dependent on experience
