Our innovative device continuously tracks the foot volume of heart failure patients, providing invaluable data for medical professionals to help avoid unnecessary hospital re-admissions. As we expand to large-scale clinical trials, we are looking for an exceptional Founders Associate to join our collaborative team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone with startup experience who’s excited to jump into the heart of the business. From project coordination to inbox management and grant reporting, you will help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes — and often across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the CSO with day-to-day email and task management
• Lead and support project work across clinical, operational, and strategic areas
• Own grant-related reporting : compiling presentations, updating risk registers, managing timesheets
• Provide cross-functional support on time-sensitive priorities and executive-led projects
• Coordinate with external partners and respond to real-time operational needs as they arise
• Assist Directors with ad hoc initiatives and execution support
• Act as a key point of coordination across teams working in both the UK and US
