About the Role

As a Director, Project and Export Finance (PEF), you will effectively grow the Corporate Finance (CF) Business Europe through the origination and execution of project and export Finance. This person will work as part of and alongside the other PEF and CF teams globally to ensure a seamless delivery of service to Corporate Finance Europe.

Role Type : Permanent, Full Time

What will your day look like?

Your key activities include :

  • Origination and execution role, credit analysis.
  • Preparation of pitching materials, term sheets, and internal credit proposals including credit memorandums.
  • Financial modelling and documentation of facilities.
  • Booking of transactions, facilitating handovers, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the achievement of Corporate Finance Europe's financial targets through origination and business development.
  • Enhancing existing and developing new Corporate Finance revenue sources.

What will you bring?

To succeed, you should ideally have :

  • Strong understanding and experience working within a Corporate Finance team environment.
  • Solid experience in transaction management, including origination and transaction execution functions.
  • Experience in the European project finance market.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced financial analysis and modelling capabilities with deep specialised finance experience.
  • Understanding of loan and security documentation.
  • Ability to develop, train, and oversee junior team members.
  • Knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
