Salary : £15,845 to £16,626 per annum pro rata (Full Time equivalent £26,409 to £27,711 per annum)
Contract Type : Permanent
Working Pattern : Part Time - 22.2 hours per week (Schedule to be discussed in interview)
Location : Based at County Hall North, Horsham with hybrid working

In this role, you will support the Adoption Support Workers and Team Manager in the Keeping In Touch Service. Your daily tasks will include receiving and tracking both hardcopy and electronic exchanges between our adoptive and first families. This role will require you to scan important documentation, accurately input data into computerised departmental systems and databases, and ensure exchanges are allocated to Adoption Support Workers. You will track these exchanges to ensure they are received, processed, and sent out to the correct recipients in a timely manner in accordance with their exchange agreement. You will also be required to process, retrieve, analyse, and cleanse data as necessary. Confidentiality while processing and exchanging sensitive data is vital in this role.
By providing professional business and administrative support you will be making a difference to the work of Children, Young People and Learning Directorate and enhancing the effectiveness of the whole team.
