You'll be responsible for the day-to-day mechanical maintenance of the building and its systems—keeping everything running smoothly and safely.🔧 What You’ll Be Doing :

• Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Supporting HVAC, pumps, valves, and other plant equipment
• Minor plumbing and general building services
• Working closely with the on-site team and external contractors✅ What You’ll Need :
• Mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 / 3, City & Guilds)
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
