This is a happy and safe environment where personality and talents are nurtured. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled Learning Support Assistant looking to inspire young learners who has previous experience working in early years. Some students do need extra support on a 1 : 1 basis as they have various SEND needs including Autism and ADHD so prior experience in special education is essential. The successful candidate will have an immediate start and have a genuine enthusiasm supporting students and teachers. Your responsibilities may include classroom preparation, delivering phonics and the national curriculum and record student progress. The successful Teaching Assistant will have : Level 2 / Level 3 in Supporting and Learning SEND experience Develop creative and inspiring lessons that engage students Experience teaching Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2Excellent classroom managementIn return for the above you can expect to receive : A dedicated team of consultants available 24 / 7 to help you with the easy onboarding process.Guaranteed Payment Scheme
