Assistant Restaurant Manager Needed for a 4-Star Luxury Lifestyle Hotel with Live-In

We are thrilled to partner with our amazing client, a 4-star luxury lifestyle hotel near New Forest, who are in search of an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for maternity cover (12 months) to join their team and lead their one rosette brasserie. This function will predominantly be focused on the Restaurant and garden. This property can cater for up to 200 covers for the restaurant and terrace during peak season. You need to be a true F&B operator who can lead from the line as a people leader.
