As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations in customer areas, making children feel welcome, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You'll establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We seek individuals with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and to make them feel valued.
