This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of GBP40,000 to GBP42,000,plu there is a really cool rewards and bonus package to boot,

Preferred Requirements :

Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced QSR environment
Ability to thrive in a dynamic service-driven atmosphere and maintain a positive, engaging attitude
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for making quick, informed decisions
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency
Passion for leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding results

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a similar QSR General Manager role, although not strictly required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and stakeholders

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
