Residential Children's Home Registered Manager

Location : Bury St. Edmunds

Salary : £42,119 - £49,566 DOE

Contract Type : Permanent / Full Time - 37 Hours per week

ARC Healthcare are working alongside a well-established Not for profit organisation who provide unique Support for young people across East Anglia.

Our client has an exceptional ethos when it comes to ensuring that there young people and families are at the very heart of everything they do and have stood by this for over 50 years.

Our client is looking for a Registered manager to work within one of their children's home which is rated 'Good' by Ofsted. This particular home is a beautiful, bright and modern bungalow with a team of 9 staff.

Essential Education and qualifications for this role :

Minimum of a relevant qualification - Childcare related diploma at Level 3
If not already held, attain the Diploma in Leadership (Level 5) or other Management qualification within 2 years of appointment

2 years' experience working in a position relevant to the residential care of children in the last 5 years

Minimum of 1 years' experience of supervision and management of others in a care role
