An electrical services company providing expert electrical services and advice to domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors is seeking an Office Administrator to join their small friendly team, ASAP.
Duties will include :
- Organising meetings
- Greeting office visitors
- Create documents
- Handling general office tasks
- Data inputting
- Provide support to managers and staff
- Handling confidential and time sensitive material
- Organising diaries for operatives’ day to day tasks
- Answering phones
- Organising emails
- Booking jobs with clients
What is required :
