Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Minimal Experience Required - FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment - Chelsea - Up to £41,150

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Chelsea has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical engineer to be based in a healthcare contract located in Chelsea. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

My client is willing to consider candidates with minimal commercial experience as long as you have the required qualifications, so this would be a great opportunity for a candidate looking to expand their knowledge within a highly reputable FM Company. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £41,150, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.

Hours of work

  • 4 on 4 off, 7 am - 7 pm - DAYS ONLY
  • Plenty of Overtime available

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors

  • Salary of £41,150

    • Requirements

  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
  • 18th Edition
  • Electrical Testing - 2391 (Highly Desirable)
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Client Facing
