HR Manager
40,000-£50,000(DOE), Bradford, BD5, Working hours 37.5, Monday to Thursday 7.45-4pm, Friday 8-3pm, 30 minute lunch break, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
Due to business growth and expansion we are currently recruiting for this brand new HR Manager role. You will be joining a rapidly growing and reputable engineering group in Bradford. Due to the increase in business demands we require a Group HR Manager to take full responsibility of the HR functions and provide hands on support across the group of companies helping to build the business, streamline processes and maintain an efficient HR function moving forwards. This is will be an interesting and varied role for the right person, one that you can really build and make your own.

This HR Manager role would suit someone who has a strong understanding of employment laws and legislation and has worked in a similar environment as a HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Director or HR Specialist. We are looking for a true human resources professional, you will ideally be CIPD qualified with a number of years experience managing the full HR function of an SME.
