We are working with a group of highly regarded accountancy practices who are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant Manager in their Sheffield office. This is a full-time permanent position. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Senior to step up into a management role and maintain a portfolio of client accounts whilst overseeing a small team.
Accounts Assistant Manager Job Overview
- Training junior Accountants / AAT / ACCA studiers and reviewing their work
- Manage the preparation for VAT returns
- Work closely with the senior management team to become a key member of the firm
- Be the first point of call for a portfolio of specialist clients
- Manage company accounts and tax returns
- Be involved with management accounts, forecasting, P&L
