Vacancy : FACILITY MANAGER (LIVE IN) Residential Estate Agency

Location : Chislehurst BR5

Salary : 22.5k

Position : Permanent Full Time

Our client is professional Property Company and they are currently searching for a Live In Facility Manager / Resident Services Manager to be based on residential side in Chislehurst.

The role includes operating the concierge desk serving as the main contact for residents guests and contractors reporting to the block management company and ensuring site security. The manager will also maintain strong relationships with residents oversee cleaning of communal areas and organise activities and events in the communal lounge. Outofhours availability is required as the manager must remain onsite overnight and respond to emergency calls via the emergency pendant system.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills excellent organisational and problemsolving abilities and a proactive approachable demeanor. Experience in property management residential services or a similar customerfacing role is highly desirable along with basic IT proficiency for administrative tasks and reporting

Skills required for this Facility Manager role will include :
