This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a rewarding role within a growing FM company.The Role :

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and plumbing systems across commercial sites.
• Install, repair, and maintain pipework, heating systems, pumps, and valves.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Work with commercial boilers, plant rooms, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and water hygiene standards.
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, and office teams to ensure smooth operations.What We’re Looking For :
• NVQ Level 2 / 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
• Experience in a mechanical plumbing role within FM or commercial maintenance.
• Knowledge of water regulations and Legionella compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence (required for occasional travel).What’s in It for You?
