We are looking for a Full-Time Male support worker to join us! Due to the needs of our service we feel Male support workers are needed to best suit the needs of our young people.
Cambian Pengwern College is a 52-week placement provision, has a proud and successful tradition of supporting students between the ages of 16 – 25 who have Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, including some challenging behaviours, to gain valuable life skills, qualifications and confidence to support their onward journey towards independence. The Head of College and the dedicated team recognise this success and want to offer this opportunity to a wider range of young people and adults as part the ongoing developments that are taking place across all areas of the college.

Cambian will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates. This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children. As care must be taken to avoid unconscious bias and any risk of discrimination a person who will not on the appointment panel will conduct the search and will only share information if and when findings are relevant and of concern.
