Commercial Lead

Are you commercially minded and have procurement / contracts expertise with Local Authorities?COMMERCIAL LEAD

• You will be working as a Commercial Lead with an RP in Essex.
• You will be overseeing the commercial management of housing asset projects, including cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time. You will ensure compliance with construction contract law, council policies, and procurement procedures to maintain legal and regulatory standards. You will also develop and implement effective cost management strategies using various forms of contracts, such as JCT and NEC, to optimise project outcomes.
• This will be for a minimum 3-6 months, which will look to be extended if everyone is happy.
• You will be on a day rate of £450+ per day.
• You will be on-site 1-2 days per week, with the rest working from home.COMMERCIAL LEAD ROLE BASICS :
