This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.Responsibilities : Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;Supporting adults during recreational activities,outingsand community integration;Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;Keepingaccuraterecords of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;Sound good so far?
