Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit and additional person to be part of their Sales and Customer Service team.What the Customer Service Executive job involvesWorking in a lovely open plan office, you will be answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries as well as managing the main email inbox.You will be creating quotes on products for customers across the UK and the rest of the worldLiaising with the production department on dates for completion and dispatch.Updating and processing customer information on their inhouse CRM systemsUpdating excel spreadsheets.Sending samples out to customersWorking closely with the Sales Managers and their customer AccountsBuilding rapport with customers over the phone and via emailSkills requiredPrevious experience from within a Customer Service / Order Processing / Sales Administration based jobManufacturing / Engineering / Distribution experience would be advantageous but not essentialFully computer literate with MS Word, Outlook and ExcelStrong communication skills both written and verbal to speak to customers worldwideA strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems and processes with easeAble to manage your own workload and work as part of a teamOther informationFull time working Monday to Friday 8.30
