• Comprehensive employee benefits packageAbout the Role : We are seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a prestigious site in Fulham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable Monday to Friday schedule, excellent benefits, and clear pathways for career advancement.Key Responsibilities :
• Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric and finishes
• Carry out a variety of tasks including basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and minor plumbing
• Handle general repairs such as door fixes, ceiling tile replacements, and general handyman duties
• Ensure all work is compliant with health & safety standards and site-specific procedures
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of service
• Collaborate with other engineers and support the wider maintenance teamRequirements :
• Proven experience in a Fabric Engineer or Maintenance Technician role within commercial environments
• Solid skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general building maintenance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
