Facilities Manager

Pyramid8 are recruiting for a fast paced growing Healthcare organisation for an experienced Facilities Manager to cover a number of sites across the Wakefield area. Pervious experience in facilities management or premises management is essential.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective management, maintenance, and compliance of all sites, creating a safe and efficient environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This role involves overseeing building maintenance, contractor management, health and safety compliance, and front-of-house operations. The Facilities Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure that premises meet operational needs while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and accessibility.

The role

• Oversee the day-to-day management of all sites, ensuring they are wellmaintained, safe, and operational.
• Manage relationships with contractors and external service providers for maintenance, cleaning, security, and compliance checks.
• Ensure buildings and equipment meet all health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond pro-actively to facilities issues, ensuring quick resolution of maintenance and operational concerns.
• Maintain oversight of fire safety, security, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
