You take ownership of the profit and loss, ensuring that the business meets its targets and above all, you lead by example, consistently upholding high standards alongside the Restaurant General Manager.

Essential :

• Minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
• 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
