Here at GXO we are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team in Daventry supporting our growing site. As a HR advisor you will provide a comprehensive administrative function to the site while advising and providing guidance to the management team on HR practises.

This position is being offered on a full time permanent basis working Monday Friday 8 : 30am4 : 30pm with being mainly an onsite based role.

What youll do on a typical day :

• Provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations including managing discipline grievance matters and end to end support of the absence management process
• Support the immediate and longterm needs of the site whilst delivering the HR Strategy and the sites people plan
• Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process current employment to termination of employment)
• Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site
