CORVID provides advanced and innovative cyber security protection services for a wide range of clients, using sophisticated means to detect and manage technical security incidents.

The key responsibilities of this role are :
1. Ensuring high-levels of customer-engagement and satisfaction with the services that CORVID provides.
2. Devising and implementing strategies and tactics that result in increased customer numbers.
3. Facilitating communication and escalation of CORVID services to customers.
4. Shaping the communications with customers and service-augmentation partners.
5. Overseeing customer services to ensure that expectations are well managed and that necessary activity is co-ordinated effectively.
6. Supporting the development of suitable strategy that will shape the services that CORVID provides so that they add-value and are relevant to the market.
Qualification and Experience :
a) Proven ability to market and sell
b) Ability to identify where CORVID adds value and effective communication of this
C) Translating technical matters into customer-comprehensible communications that improve CORVIDs brand reputation, customer-satisfaction or supports attracting more customers.
Whilst a degree is not necessary, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent language and comprehension skills as well as the ability to learn quickly and deploy newly acquired knowledge.
They should also be comfortable with technology and be prepared to learn and comprehend technology to a level that enables their role to be successful.
Security Clearance :
Candidates must be able to achieve a minimum of SC security clearance.
Candidates m ust be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with UK National Law and be prepared to successfully undertake an appropriate level of UK National Security Vetting according to UK Government National Security Vetting criteria.
