Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home | £50K-£60K + Bonuses

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge?

We are hiring for a 4-bed EBD children's residential home in Southall, London, working with a well-established company dedicated to providing outstanding care for young people.

Your Role as Registered Manager :

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated staff team
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations
  • Manage budgets, placements, and external relationships
  • Foster a safe, nurturing environment for young people to thrive

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential home
  • Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
  • A passion for supporting young people and creating positive outcomes
