Location : Hellaby, Rotherham (onsite)

Employment : Permanent, full time. Shift work to include nights and weekends

What you’ll Do

We are actively seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our site in Hellaby to ensure peak performance and safety with expert mechanical repairs, fault-finding, and maintenance on high-volume production machinery. This is an onsite role where you will work on a 6-day rota shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your skills in welding, hydraulics, continuous improvement and more!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise safety and uphold high standards.
  • Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery.
  • Conduct fault finding on various machinery types.
  • Handle basic electrical fault finding.
  • Install and maintain plant equipment.
  • Engage in fabrication, sheet metal work, welding, and brazing.
  • Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement processes.
  • Maintain equipment to company standards.
  • Use precision tools and instruments effectively.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Read and interpret detailed machine drawings.

    • Requirements

  • A Practical Engineering Qualification to NVQ Level 3 Standard.
  • Strong on the job experience.
