(5pm finish Friday)📌 Job Type : Full-timeWe are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production & Planning Coordinator to join our award winning client based in Edenbridge. This role is a fantastic opportunity to manage sales orders, production planning, and the production team to ensure a seamless and high-quality service for our customers.With full training provided, this position offers clear progression and the opportunity to advance into a Department Manager role.Key Responsibilities : Order & Production Management : Oversee the daily management of sales orders, planning, and production, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Team Leadership : Monitor team performance, provide support, and foster collaboration.Process Improvement : Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance work flow and compliance.Scheduling & Resource Allocation : Manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while optimising materials, equipment, and labour.Stock & Procurement : Order consumables, maintain stock control, and liaise with suppliers and machine manufacturers.Quality Control : Ensure products consistently meet high-quality standards.Customer Interaction : Assist with account management, enquiries, and maintaining strong service levels.Reporting & Coordination : Provide financial and productivity reports to the Business Manager, resolve production issues, and manage documentation.Ideal Candidate Profile : We are seeking an organised, proactive, and ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
