We are looking for a Facilities Management Specialist to support operations across multiple sites. This role involves assisting with outsourced facilities contracts, ensuring statutory compliance, and maintaining critical business systems.

The Role :

So, what will you be doing as the Facilities Management Specialist?

Support planned maintenance, repairs, and modifications to buildings and equipment.
Monitor and respond to facilities-related requests and emergencies.
Assist with contractor management and ensure work is completed to standard.
Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
Provide occasional support at other regional sites.

What are we looking for in our next Facilities Management Specialist?

Health & Safety and Facilities experience.

Knowledge of statutory compliance and best practices.

Basic carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance skills.

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Forklift certification is beneficial but not essential.
