Salary & Benefits
- Salary to £33k + tips worth £4k
- 48 hours - 4 day working week - 3 days off
- 5 weeks holiday - Christmas Day & NYE off
- 4 nights off per week Sun-Tues + 1 more day

You will already be a Sous Chef in a Restaurant or Pub with AA rosette level kitchen or higherAble to work unsupervised and be confident communicatorHighly motivated and focused.
