Job Description
Our client is a dynamic family office specialising in property-backed finance. With expertise in short-term funding, senior debt and moderate LTV deals, the team is expanding rapidly and are on the search for a motivated Graduate Analyst to their team.
This fantastic position is based in the heart of W1, Central London.
Duties will include :
- Assess enquiries from brokers and borrowers.
- Conduct research on properties, comparables, cost plans and business appraisals.
- Evaluate financial viability and make recommendations to the credit committee.
- Prepare indicative terms for deals.
- Attend borrower meetings and conduct detailed deal research.
- Liaise with brokers and borrowers to obtain necessary information.
- Reassess deals based on updated information.
- Prepare presentations and internal loan book reviews.
