  • You’ll feel inspired to craft a compelling employer brand narrative and to drive innovative strategies to attract top diverse talent for graduate, summer intern, working student, apprentice and insight programmes.
  • You’ll keep yourself up-to-date with trends in Early Careers and your responsibilities will include planning and executing on-campus and in-house events, maximizing strategic vendor, school, student society and vendor partnerships and leveraging social media channels to build FIL brand awareness amongst high potential candidates.
  • You’ll partner with communications and marketing teams and Early Careers colleagues globally to amplify our message, maintain strong partnerships with Careers Services Teams and champion DEI initiatives to cultivate a truly inclusive talent pool.

  • Experience in working with Early Careers vendors and partners, a good understanding of social media marketing best practices and a passion working with and supporting diverse groups of Early Careers talent highly desirable.
  • Whilst your primary focus will be on the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our colleagues in APAC on global marketing, branding and diversity initiatives.
  • Flexibility to travel to attend on-campus and in school events across the UK and in Europe when required is desirable.
