My client is a highly successful, continuously cool fresh food grill restaurant group. Due to its continued success and expansion, it is seeking a strong experienced Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager to take responsibility for leading the FOH restaurant team, working closely with the kitchen to ensure that fantastic fresh food is presented to the highest standard with amazing service in a busy buzzing environment whilst having fun along the way !!

The successful candidate will be an amazing door host, managing the flow of the restaurant & ensuring that the FOH teams floor plan is in place each shift, food is delivered on time, wait times are not too long, covers are maximised & the kitchen has a steady flow of orders coming through & customers are greeted with a warm, welcoming smile.
