Position : Night Concierge

Location : 21 Young Street

Working Hours : 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700

Salary : £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details :

This role will be based at a luxury residential development located in Kensington. This development consists of 53 residential apartments and benefits from 24 hour concierge, a gym, cinema and car park.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements :

As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will :

• Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
• Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
• Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
• Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
• Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
