General Manager Position at Zerodegrees Microbrewery

Zerodegrees Microbrewery is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive our business forward. As a family-run microbrewery and restaurant, we're passionate about crafting exceptional beer and food experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily operations of the brewery and restaurant
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Drive sales growth and maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, preferably in a brewery or restaurant setting
  • Strong understanding of craft beer and brewing processes
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
