Property ManagerOA are recruiting for a Property Manager to join our client’s highly successful and growing team.The job holder will be responsible for handling and resolving complaints at the early resolution stage following the complaints process, from accepting or declining complaints, assessing evidence and communicating with disputing parties.Location : BorehamwoodHours : Full-time, 9am – 5 : 30pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working : 2 days in the office and 3 days from home after a successful probation period. Fixed term contract!Salary : Around £28,000 – depending on experience Property Manager- Benefits : 23 days holiday + UK bank holidaysLife assurancePrivate health care for you and dependentsEmployee assistance programme, including GP line, cashback for treatments, advice lineSeason ticket loanRental deposit loanAnnual leave purchase schemeProperty Manager - Key Responsibilities : Receive and handle complaints making sure KPIs and timescales are followed, and work towards achieving an early resolutionFollow the process of collecting and collating complaint evidence and complaint fees, making sure the correct procedures are followed within timescalesCommunicate with members and complainants updating them on the status of their complaint through regular contact and attempting to reach a resolutionGive complaint advice to members and complainants, including communicating with letting and estate agents, landlords, tenants, leasehold management companies and other property professionalsWrite decisions recommending a resolution to complaintsWork with the case officers in escalating and investigating review requests of decisions, and respond to service complaintsCheck and log complaints, making sure all information is recorded in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain your complaints spreadsheet daily and provide data to relevant parties when neededSupport with training staff when needed, including company induction and overview sessionsSupport the team with communication and membership enquiries when neededProperty Manager - Skills and Experience : Experience of complaint or claims handling within a property, legal or customer service environmentExperience in the property sector especially the private rented sector is desirable, as well as a basic understanding of the insurance or financial services industryExcellent customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner and able to communicate clearly and preciselyExcellent attention to detail making sure high standards of quality are consistently maintainedAble to plan and organise, making effective use of time and resourcesDrive and self-determination with the ability to find and implement solutions to problemsAble to work within a team environment and co-operate with team members, building effective working relationshipsSound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and able to learn new systems and processes when neededIf your skills align, please apply online with your CV.BARNPERM By applying to this job advertisement, you confirm you have read and understood our
