Field Care Supervisor

We offer our colleagues a friendly, collaborative workplace and the chance to build a rewarding career.We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our service in Oxford.Responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area.Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor : Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, identifying and reporting training concerns back to the registered managerAbility to deliver high standards of careParticipate in the paid on-call rotaCompleting care assessments and writing up Care PlansBuilding relationships with care staff and service usersAssisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQCAssisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be requiredHere at Care Outlook, we offer our Field Care Supervisors the following : Salary £25,000 - £28,000 per annum£300 Refer a Friend Bonus
