Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Advisor

Immediate Start 3 month ongoing temporary to permanent assignment

Based in Knowsley Busines Park

11.90 per hour

We are working with a local known brand to assist in the expansion of the Customer Service Team.

If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and can build rapport with customers then we want to hear from you.

The working hours for the role are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 5pm. All working days are 8 hours per day (8-4 / 9-5)

Duites include :

• Dealing with incoming enquiries
• Processing telephone orders
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries
